Thank you for participating in our exclusive 150-bottle pre-launch. Your upfront purchase directly funds the raw materials and production of our very first micro-batch.
  • The 150-Bottle Production Goal: Manufacturing triggers immediately once our 150-bottle milestone is reached. If we do not hit this goal within 60 days of your purchase, the campaign will close, and you will receive an automatic 100% refund.
  • Shipping Timeline Confirmation: Once the 150-bottle goal is met, production begins. Your shipping tracking details will be emailed to you within 3 days of goal fulfillment. You can cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before manufacturing starts. Refunded to original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution.
  • 30-Day Empty Bottle Guarantee: We want you to give our formula a fair trial. Your mandatory 30-day usage period begins on the day your bottle is delivered. You must use the supplement daily as directed for a full 30 days. If you have completed the full 30 days of consecutive use and are not satisfied with your results, you may return the empty container between day 31 and day 45 from delivery for a full refund of your $200 purchase price. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days of batch code verification upon receipt of the returned container. Refunded to original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your financial institution when container arrives at our facility.
  • Return Terms & Logistics: To protect our production capital, the empty bottle guarantee is strictly limited to one bottle per household. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. The physical bottle must be mailed back to our facility to verify the batch code before a refund processes. To initiate a return, please visit our Contact Page and submit a return request with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping instructions and our facility address will be provided via email once your request is received and verified.
  • Damage & Safety Protection: We inspect every batch. If your product arrives damaged or with a compromised safety seal, contact us with a photo within 14 days of delivery for a replacement following shipper insurance claim and recovery.

  • Your Elite Subscription Privilege: Successfully completing your Founders' Batch trial unlocks priority access to our regular monthly delivery service. You will receive an exclusive invite to transition into a permanent, heavily discounted Elite Subscription Rate before we open sales to the general public at full retail pricing. Note: Claiming an empty bottle refund permanently forfeits your eligibility for the Elite Subscription discount. This forfeiture applies only to the discounted Elite Subscription rate and does not affect your ability to purchase at standard retail pricing."
