Terms of service

• Campaign Structure: This offer is a limited pre-launch campaign to fund our initial 150-bottle micro-batch manufacturing run.
• Funding Goal: Production triggers immediately upon reaching our goal of 150 bottles sold.
• Automatic Refund Milestone: If the 150-bottle goal is not met within 60 days of your purchase date, the campaign will close, and a 100% automatic refund will be issued to your original payment method.

• Cancellation Window: You have the right to cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before the 60-day funding window closes and manufacturing officially begins.
• Locked Funds: Once production begins, your funds are fully committed to manufacturing costs, and cancellations cannot be processed until after delivery.

• Fulfillment Target: Manufacturing begins immediately following the successful completion of the 150-bottle milestone.
• Tracking Notification: A shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers will be provided within 30 days of the goal fulfillment date. 
• Complimentary Shipping: Standard outbound shipping is provided free of charge to the customer for this initial launch batch.

• The 30-Day Usage Requirement: Your mandatory trial period begins on the verified date of delivery. You must utilize the supplement daily as directed on the packaging and email follow-ups for a full, consecutive 30 days.
• Eligibility Window: Refund requests under this guarantee can only be initiated between day 31 and day 45 from the date of delivery. Requests submitted before day 31 or after day 45 will be automatically rejected.
• Limit of Protection: This guarantee is strictly limited to one (1) empty or opened bottle per household/customer lifetime.

• Physical Return Mandatory: To qualify for a refund under the Empty Bottle Guarantee, the physical container must be returned to our fulfillment facility to verify the product batch code.
• Return Shipping Fees: The customer is solely responsible for all out-of-pocket return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels for trial refunds.
• Processing Time: Once the physical bottle is received and verified at our facility, a full refund of your $200 purchase price will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. 

6. Damaged or Defective Shipments & Carrier Insurance Claims

• Quality Assurance & Notification: We rigorously inspect every product batch prior to dispatch. If your package arrives structurally broken, leaking, or with a compromised factory safety seal due to transit mishandling, you must contact customer support within 14 days of delivery.
• Mandatory 14-Day Administrative Hold: To resolve transit damage via either a replacement or a refund, your ticket is subject to a mandatory 14-day administrative hold. This timeframe is strictly required for our legal team to file a formal shipping insurance reimbursement claim with the carrier (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) to verify shipper mistake or negligence.
• Resolution Options Upon Carrier Verification: Once the carrier acknowledges the transit failure within the 14-day investigation window, you may select one of the following remedies:
  • Option A: Complimentary Replacement: We will immediately process and ship a complimentary replacement bottle. Selecting a replacement does not interrupt or alter your 30-day trial compliance window or future Elite Subscription eligibility.
  • Option B: Full Refund: We will instantly release your $200 refund to your original payment method.
• Customer Cooperation: To process an insurance claim under this section, you explicitly agree to cooperate with all third-party courier verification requests. This includes providing high-resolution imagery of the outer shipping box, the shipping label, and the damaged inner container. Failure to provide photographic proof of damage within the 14-day hold period will result in the permanent denial of the claim.

• The Participant Privilege: Successfully completing your Founders' Batch trial unlocks the permanent right to opt into our recurring delivery service at an exclusive, discounted Elite Subscription Rate.
• Forfeiture Clause: Claiming an empty bottle refund under Section 4 immediately and permanently voids your eligibility for the Elite Subscription discount. Future purchases will be billed at full, standard retail pricing.
